•For authors from countries with HDI < 0.7(Countries like India, Bangladesh, Nepal etc.), a discount of 45% is applicable on the rate mentioned in the table above. For ex: IEEE and PELS Member Early bird rate would be US$ 192.5 (INR 17,710), so on and so forth for other categories as well.
•Every second paper requireshalf of the full paper registration.
•This implies every third paper will require a full and a fourth paper will require a half full member registration.
•Student Registration does not count for paper registration
